Description

This is a 1930's Era Chicago, IL Van Cleef Bros. Dutch Brand Cleanser Wooden Shoe Bank. It measures approximately 4" long x 1.5" tall and 1.5" wide.
This wooden shoe bank is from the 1930's Van Cleef Brothers Dutch Brand Cleanser and Products out of Chicago,  Illinois.
The shoe has an image of a windmill on the top of the shoe and reads "Bank on Dutch Brand Products" on one side and "Van Cleef Bros Inc" on the other side.
There is a movable slotted separate piece covering the hollow well and a metal screw to hold the coins inside of the bank.
It is in very good condition,  as shown in the pictures, but has some wear from usual use along with the age of the item.
