Description

Antique 19th century Victorian British courtiers/officers dress sword with double edged narrow blade. The flattened sections of the blade are decorated with etched scrolling foliage panels. Gilt brass clam shell plain guard. Beaded gilt brass crossguard and stud decorated knuckle bow. Stud decorated urn pommel. Stud decorated square form grip. Blade is bruised and tarnished. No scabbard. The guard, grip, and pommel cap are all tight. Gilt is worn, etching is weak, good condition otherwise.
