Antique Great Britain P1860 Enfield Sword Bayonet.
The bayonet itself is in good condition. The grips are damaged and it looks as if the former owner stabilized the leather grips to prevent deterioration. The sheath has also been repaired with what looks like stabilizer for the leather and a repair for a rip in the leather. I do not know when these repairs were done but it gives this bayonet an extremely uniqie look, especially the sheath. All original parts are present and the item is well marked.
