Antique Japanese Total Cloisonne Porcelain Brush Pot.
Measures: Approximately 4” inches diameter and 3.5” inches tall. Pot decorated with two panels bearing painted enamel in Satsuma style depicting butterfly among various flowers.

Overall in good antique conditions.
It has some small chips in the bottom of pot as shown in the last two pictures.
