This is the 26th generation model of the GEL-KAYANO series equipped with a cushioning system that supports long distance running such as a full marathon. The upper uses a mesh material that is both breathable and light. The midsole features FLYTEFOAM, which has excellent lightness, and FLYTEFOAM [TM] PROPEL, which has excellent resilience. In addition, GEL [TM] is built into the forefoot and heel to enhance shock absorption. Built-in DUOMAX, which supports overpronation and improves running stability, is installed on the midfoot, and the heel counter cup is placed outside to reduce running blur.
