The Bahrain half dinar banknote is part of the family of notes issued in 1973 - 1986 which reflects Bahraini culture and history on its obverse and modern Bahraini economy on the reverse. This particular banknote is in uncirculated condition and TAP authenticated. The front of the note features a blind weaver at loom in Bani Jamra Village Handicraft Center. It also shows a map and the Coat of Arms of Bahrain with a red shield. The reverse depicts the Aluminium Bahrain or Alba smelter building. The banknote is 142 x 71 mm paper banknote bears a thin windowed security thread and a watermark which consists of an Arabian oryx head.
