    Description

    Bayonet P1907, and is so marked, with scabbard and web bayonet frog. Overall length of Scabbard and blade 22 1/2" and blade alone 17". The bayonet is made by Sanderson and dated 1918. Has the X of the bending proof mark, inspector's marks and the GR. Faint broad arrow. Bayonet grips are walnut. Scabbard is black leather with the metal black tip. Scabbard is numbered 561. Bayonet is stiff in and out of the scabbard. Blade is clean and no rust marks. Comes with a web bayonet frog. Pale numbers and marks on the reverse side of the frog, not legible. Top frog loop will slide over a 2 1/2" service belt. The top securing loop on the frog is torn but useable. Tear due to tight fit over bayonet.
