We offer this original advertising booklet for E. T. Burrowes Co., Portland , Maine. Titled "Good Nettings for...Good screens" No date. We estimate it to be from circa 1900-1910.. This company was founded in 1873 by Edward T. Burrowes in Portland, Maine. Its industry was window hardware, weatherstripping, automobile wheels, and billiard tables and its headquarters remained in Portland, Maine. The company was acquired by the Kenwood-Simmons Corporation in 1960(?). It dissolved in 1965. Attractive 8 page booklet measures 3-1/2 x 6 inches. Sewn binding secure. Photo illustrations of houses countrywide. From Chicago, to Galveston to Pittsburgh to Birmingham to St. Louis to Chillicothe, illinois. In very good clean condition.
