Early British Bayonet Lee Enfield & Metford P1888 MKI Dated 3-92
This unique bayonet is a 129 years old example of superior craftsmanship
according to the date stamped. It does have corrosion stains and other minor blemishes that would be expected for a weapon this old. Even the locking mechanism is fully functional. It has several other stampings to indicate the craftsmen who worked on it and probably some re-issue dates. Does not include a scabbard.
