The 70925 urban planter is made of durable PP plastic suitable for multiple years of use. The urban planter box assembles without tools in less than two minutes and is immediately ready for soil. The planter box holds 1.5 cubic feet of soil making it ideal for an urban herb or flower garden. The semi-clear cover makes the urban planter ideal for propagation from seeds in a controlled environment and offers protection for young plants during inclement weather. The watering slots designed into the lid encourage an appropriate amount of watering and disperses the water uniformly over the bed through four appropriately distributed drip holes. As easy as the 70925 urban planter is to assemble it is equally easy to disassemble for storage over winter months when weather conditions preclude planting. The legs store easily in the planter box and multiple planters can be nested to reduce storage space.
