    I'm building several plant tables using 1" pvc tubing. The table top could be the dimensions of your 39x16 tray. Question: would the lip of the tray fit over the curve of the 1" pipe to give it the support I need? Would a different dimension pipe be a better fit for the Garland tray? I would also have some under-tray support.
