Signed by Oliver Holmes on 8-10-1993 on the bears lower left paw.   The lower right paw has a yellow and black stitched label saying "Merrythought Ironbridge Shropshire Made in England"
The original MERRY THOUGHT TEDDY BEAR PASSPORT is attached to the bear's left ear.  The passport is still fully sealed and has the number "T06948B"
The reverse of the passport tag says:
