    Created in the United Kingdom by Merrythought,  t
    his is a jointed gold mohair bear and is a limited edition designed to commemorate the Titanic. Information is located on the inside of each of the hinged fronts telling of the Titanic sinking, and about the bear itself, a replica of a tiny Teddy that survived the sinking. Also included is the Certificate of Authenticity styled as a cabin baggage tag.  The item is a limited edition with the number of 2204 of 5000.
    The box looks like a steamer trunk of the day.   This is a definite collector's item for those who collect bears or memorabilia related to the Titanic.
