10 Peat Pellets (25mm) that expand when watered.
Simply place the peat pellets in the tray, 1 in each cell and water until they fully expand.  Then place a couple seeds in each pellet, lightly water again, cover with the clear lid, and place in a sunny window or under a grow light (based on the requirements of the seeds).  Once the seeds germinate, remove the lid and continue to water lightly until the seedlings are big enough to transplant.  Then, just bury the whole peat pellet in potting soil in a larger pot - no disturbing the tiny roots!
