The hat can be snipped off.

This bears was made exclusively for Tide-Rider. Tide-Rider used to be the US distributor for Merrythought bears.
The information on the hang tags has completely faded. Only the number is still visible. He is #21 out of 250 bears.
Cheeky Camo is brand new with faded tag.
