    Description

    This Oman 20 rials banknote, which is part of the 2010 commemorative series, was issued to commemorate the 40th National Day. This particular banknote is graded PMG 66 by the Paper Money Guaranty. The obverse of this 167 x 76 paper money signed by bin Said has a green spark feature. It also shows the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque in Bausher and Sultan Qaboos bin Said. The Coat of Arms which consists of crossed swords and a dagger (khanjar), is also visible on the front of the banknote. In addition, the main entrance of the Central Bank of Oman headquarters can be found. The back of this 20 rials note is the Royal Opera House Building in Muscat, the 40th National Day logo, a crown, as well as the nations Coat of Arms. This banknote has a varifeye thread and windowed security thread with demetallized 20 RIALS. Watermark of Sultan and electrotype 20 complete this banknotes security features.
