You must email us within 3 days of receiving your item for a return. If your item is not as pictured or damaged, we will need to see pictures. Item must be returned to us in the original condition with no use or alterations. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we have received your item and have confirmed that it has not been used or altered, we will promptly refund you right away! Item must be in the same condition as it was when sent.
