Comes just as shown. (Except minis)
Doors are removable and roofs come off.
These come from 2 different STL commercial packs I bought and blended together for some unique layouts.
Minis are for scale and not included. (Zombicide nurse and Star Wars Imperial Assault)
Models may need a little trimming as they might not fit perfectly or there may be some flashing still present. (But still ready to play straight away)
Some structures may need gluing a ladder
or some other
(included)
trim pieces.
