The lightweight flat has enough cushioning for long tempo runs and races up to half marathon.
It has the slightest bit of cushioning underfoot so the road doesn’t feel so jarring when you hit with a lot of force, but that firm footing lets you push off powerfully, the stiff forefoot creating a more explosive toe off. Heel strikers and speedy midfoot landers both found the shoe adequate for races up to the half marathon distance.
