It measures 6 1/4" x 4 3/4" at the woven business end of the swatter with a metal handle that is 16" long. It has the original brand label mostly intact that reads: KANTMAR / TRADE MARK REG?? / U.S. MFG. CORP. DECATUR, ILL. / U.S. PATENT NO. 1,727,768.
Google research tells me that U.S. Manufacturing company in Decatur manufactured this item under the name KANTMAR and VICTORY.
