    Description

    WWI U.S. Model Remington 1913/17 Rifle Bayonet. Near excellent blade with tiny small dings/nicks on blade edge on the front half. Smooth gray silver finish on blade, Sharp markings on ricasso, "1913/5-17/REMINGTON" in  a circle.  Excellent press-stud release, and very nice condition walnut grips.  Green Scabbard made by Grafton and Knight of Worcester Massachusetts.  Leather body near the top back is marked, "GK EIC".  The back of the belt frog is stamped, "G&K 1917".  The metal ends of the scabbard show old black paint that has mostly come off and is a brown patina.  A very nice WWI Piece.  See photos.
